It's really important. It's the once place that I feel at home, even if what I'm experiencing is uncomfortable. This practice is so simple yet so mysterious. It's important to me because I KNOW it is, if that make sense.
My intention for this group is to create a community so we can all support each other. Sticking with meditation is challenging!
I've been practicing on and off for 15 years now. I'm blessed to have been on many retreats and have studied with a lot of wise teachers. My main teachers have been Pema Chodron and Tara Brach.
I've been a professional life coach for 8 years now & LOVE what I do! I'm trained in trauma sensitive yoga therapy and currently exploring Tibetan healing bowls. Just moved to San Marcos from Austin & live on 10 acres in an intentional art community.
