First timers please arrive 5 minutes early so you can sign the forms (waiver and registration). You need to bring:
-Yoga mat or long towel
-3 or 5 lbs Dumbbells (not for Monday workouts)
-A bottle of water
-A great attitude
Workout changes all the time so please do not expect to do the same thing everytime you join this bootcamp; I will try to work out every single muscle of your body (ok, almost every single muscle!). Beginners please follow the low impact instructions.
