I hate to criticize, but the use of the term "diversity" may mean to us libertarians that as a voluntary organization we extend a welcome to everyone.Of course we do, we are libertarians.

But to many people it means one of two things. That we condone affirmative action programs forced on people, or even more insidious, that we are interested in what color or ethnic group they belong. That is a form of collectivism neither the Democrats ore Republicans have the courage to reject but libertarians have from the beginning. Please go out of your way to assure your friends of different races that we are not concerned with their race, but rather value them for their internal attributes, goals and objectives.
