Food & Wine Education: Asian Flavors paired with BOUTIQUE Wine/Central Europe

March 3rd we are hooking up with a really good Wine Importer. She has offered up her home in Bay Park. It has an Asian Flair, so we are doing Asian Food...... and her boutique wines from Central Europe. These are hard to find, hard to get (small amount of cases made) and I honestly believe you will say THANK YOU and wonder when you can get these wines WHOLESALE again!

This will be a pre-paid event. $35.00 covers Food and Wine Tasting. No tip, No tax, no corkage fee! We're saving you guys money by having the event at her home. And you will get to see me rolls my egg rolls and wok up all the food. 

Plenty of interesting food, lots of veggies & soy (perfect if you're vegetarian) but also perfect if you like shrimp, chicken and pork. Plenty of food. All the flavors we enjoy without MSG.

So, if you buy wine directly from our Importer at the event, you may actually drink some of it, save it for another time/or make it part of your wine collection.

These are wines that have a small distribution in America - (are very big in other parts of the world). And some of them are grown on the same terrior as Italy. Our importer has great stories about the wines and the families who make them.

For a fun night out with a group that attracts stellar singles and couples, there are a few seats still available.

Feel free to bring friends and turn them on to our group.

I enjoyed getting to know some new fabulous people; Katy your wine knowledge and hospitality were superb, what a gorgeous house you and your husband have, and thank you for introducing us to some delicious wholesale wines from a whole new, to me, world region. Fun Chess game with Chef Marian as well. ;-)

    Another fabulous eveving with Chef Marian friends. What a wonderful time tasting wines from Slovenia, Hungary and listening to Katy tell their fascinating history. The Asian food was of course excellent and the whole group was fun and interesting. Just one question....Who won the chess match?
