To lose 30 lbs and tone up. And to make a lasting lifestyle change, not just diet and exercise "for now".
Every fad diet you can think of. I've had a gym membership, worked with 2 different trainers at different times, currently have a membership to the Y and am starting a 6 week boot camp.
I'm a stay at home wife and mom of 3. I've embarked on a journey of self discovery and improvement and look forward to meeting new friends along the way.
I think it's a great program and thanks Amber and team for hosting it. I also appreciate the Shakeology at the end...definitely returning.
We are both members of Cowles Mountain Holistic Group. It looks like this meetup is not going to continue. Unfortunately, I recently joined and was not able to attend any meetings.
