What are your fitness goals?

To lose 30 lbs and tone up. And to make a lasting lifestyle change, not just diet and exercise "for now".

What diets/ fitness activites have you tried in the past that has either worked or failed?

Every fad diet you can think of. I've had a gym membership, worked with 2 different trainers at different times, currently have a membership to the Y and am starting a 6 week boot camp.


I'm a stay at home wife and mom of 3. I've embarked on a journey of self discovery and improvement and look forward to meeting new friends along the way.
