What are your fitness goals?

LOSE weight, be fit and healthy and active.

What diets/ fitness activites have you tried in the past that has either worked or failed?

Jenny Craig - food in a box. Yuck, worked but not sustainable. Running, hurt a knee and a foot, but not to the point where I cannot move at all - running is out though. Currently - going to a local gym, basic weights, cardio and a class or two, with yoga to center me.
