My fitness goals aren't set at a specific weight or dress size. I want to be healthier and smaller and happier. I will know for sure when I reach my goal. All I want is to feel better, look better in my clothes and out of them, and to be happy.
I've done Body for Life, low carb diets, shakes, supplements and tricks to boost metabolism but never really stuck with anything until now. What is working for me now is going to the gym and at home, I workout with Turbo Fire.
