What are your fitness goals?

Loose weight and be generally healthy.

What diets/ fitness activites have you tried in the past that has either worked or failed?

Low/no carb worked but I was bored. Other shake type programs have not worked for me as well. I find I am still hungry, if not more than before drinking it.


Stay at home mom of 3 with about 30 lbs to loose. Love to work out and newly interested in Shakeology.
