Introduction

Hi there! I am 20 years old and I am very determined and energetic! However, I have always been insecure about my weight. I have lost weight in the past but I was just doing the running and biking by myself. I think I need workout buddies this time.

What are your fitness goals?

I am a full-time college student who is always on the go-go. There are times I know I could go out for a run or get some exercise done, but I feel so unmotivated because I would rather run with someone else. I want to be able to have intense workout sessions but have fun while I am doing them. I want to feel satisfied with my body and know that I am healthy and toned. I definitely want to be able to wear a bikini someday and feel good in it. I am over 50 pounds overweight. Once I am committed, I begin to dream big! Being a college student, I want to feel good not just academically but also physically. I know that exercise is important but I also would love motivation. I want to maintain my weight and be able to exercise on a daily basis.

What diets/ fitness activites have you tried in the past that has either worked or failed?

Failed: -Dieting and avoiding sweets (only lasted about a month) - Eating less but hardly no exercise - Unfortunately, as a teenager I tried starving myself and I was about 140lbs, but I was very unhealthy. I gained so much after. Worked: - During Summer 2011, I began to run, exercise, bike everywhere and eat healthy. I set high goals and ended up losing about 25 lbs. It was going great until I got extremely busy with school and work.
