Hey Jim, Good to see you at the SDAFF again last night. I was a member before but inadvertently canceled all of my Meetup memberships. I'm a fairly unabashed Japanaphile, having lived there 2 years and left a big chunk of my heart there as well..
2 years spent in Awajishima while teaching English at a Junior High School in Ichinomiya-cho.
My studying was almost entirely done in Japan while living there. The rest I've just absorbed watching Japanese films..
I used to have 6-8 Hello Kitty New Years dolls from a Makudo special campaign that was running while I lived there. But I think my fiancee at the time left them in Japan.
Glad to've made your acquaintance last night. I especially enjoyed our conversation at the kitchen sink. An idea crept up on me today that I'd like to share with you the next time we should have occasion to meet.
Cool meeting you at AR. Class kicks my butt but I love it!
For everyone who is reading this page- This Guy is AWESOME! Hangout with him, attend MeetUps he is at- just have fun with the great guy that Nathan is!! :)

Hi Nathan! The slacklining MeetUp was great! Thank you so much for doing such a great job making a newbie feel very welcome and giving me the info and confidence to actually do it! Look forward to seeing you again (and slacklining too)! xoxo
