Informative, I'm going to make use of the Todo app every day now.

Sorry all. I will be out of town taking care of my grandmother's estate (she passed away recently), and trying to find homes for her two dogs (Honey, a chihuahua, and Popcorn, a cockapoo, if anyone is interested). Hope to make it out next time.

Symfony2 is build on top of reusable/decoupled components, this makes it really easy to use in your own code, or to build your own framework. Take a look at the series of articles "Create your own framework... on top of the Symfony2 Components" by Fabien Potencier http://bit.ly/w2HOZe. Also check out the documentation of the different components: http://symfony.com/co.... So far my favorite component is the EventDispatcher.

... Oh, I forgot about Laravel 4... Laravel Core uses about 10 or 12 of the Symfony 2.3 components: http://bit.ly/X0GIae. Whether one framework is "better" than the other is a matter of preference as they both use a bunch of the same code under the hood!
