I have been vegan for over 20 years, started with macrobiotics (professionally trained) and naturally progressed to raw-living foods and have been living the raw vegan life for 8+ years. I am a chef and teacher of macrobiotic and raw-living foods.
It is great to have a group of like-minded people getting together all with similar paths and goals of creating pristine health and longevity through living-raw foods!
