RAW FOOD CLASS
with Chef Mindy Goldis

Teacher: Chef Mindy Goldis, owner of World Peace Kitchen, is teaching a raw vegan class. Mindy Goldis has been vegan for over 19 years and formally studied macrobiotics in the early 90's. She has taught lectures, seminars and cooking classes (private and group) in that genre. For the last 7 years, Mindy has been living the raw food lifestyle as a natural progression in her life choices. She loves to teach and create delicious foods that will stimulate your palate, tantalize your taste buds and bring you vibrant health.

When: Sunday May 3rd 2009 1 pm – 4 pm Class will begin promptly, please arrive on time (please allow extra time for parking and/or traffic)!

Cost: $30 non-refundable advance payment (cash or check only) is required to guarantee your space in the class and must be received no later than 3 days prior to the class (Thursday April 30th).

Fee includes copies of recipes and sampling of all dishes prepared. Please bring some small containers with you to take home samples, as well.

If you would like to host a class in your home and have space for at least 10 people, I will email you information of the requirements necessary to do so.
