RAWSOME DELICACIES: RAW FOOD CLASS

Teacher: Chef Mindy Goldis, owner of World Peace Kitchen, is teaching a raw vegan class.
Mindy Goldis has been vegan for over 18 years and formally studied macrobiotics in the early 90's. She has taught lectures, seminars and cooking classes (private and group) in that genre and now has transformed to the raw foods lifestyle for 6 years.
