Hello regular Monday-nighters and new running friends!
We are back on the Night Light course so we can continue running through the fall, winter and into the spring until it is light enough to run the trails again. This course is a 2.5 mile loop, and you can choose between running 2.5 miles or 5 miles. We encourage runners of all levels to join us for this run and to stay after the run for an abtastic core workout!
Meeting details: We will Meetup at 6:00 pm in front of the SD Hall of Champions (off Presidents Way) and start running at 6:15.
