Lululemon La Jolla Run/Yoga

These are short training runs to start training for the la jolla half marathon or 5k

Runs start is 8:15am, to come back at 9am for group yoga.  Afterwards can meet at Girard Gourmet for food.

 

If anyone is interested, I will also start a swim/bike session at 7am before the run, I will announce the dates
