This is a great scenic course to run all year round. You run past many of the parks landmarks. The course is well lit at night. There is usually some event going on, almost every Friday night, in the park. All paces are welcome!

Hey Rozz we met back at champs hall. There's a car on fire here is it yours?

I got separated somewhere and just did a run around the park :-)

"Rolaids spells relief." I'm glad that your run went alright Rozz. We waited closed to 10 min, then figured you might have found your car and driven on home. Sorry we lost you. I hope we get to see you again when Ted gets back. :)

Good turn out. Good run, but we lost Roz. I was felt partially guilt-ridden for either not running at a slower pace or jogging back to see that she was still with us.

Running Like Forrest Gump or How To Turn a 5k into a 5 Mile Run. I got lost and forgot the course path three different times. So, I just kept running and running and running in search of the other group runners. I ran right past the assumed 5k goal and ran until I found my way back to the group at the end of the course, thus turning my run into a 5 mile search for my dignity and my second wind. No one seemed to notice I was missing - or they were simply extending the fine grace so typical of our Friday night Prado Running Group members. And in the words of Forrest Gump, "That's as good as a box of chocolates."
