Hello runners! Hills are the vegetables in the running world. They taste bad but they're really good for you so just close your eyes and eat them up. This week we'll be running a course around the golf course east of Balboa Park. The run is about 4 miles long with plenty of hills with a lot of trail but you'll be fine with road shoes.

There's plenty of street parking on 28th Street. We'll meet at the playground at the intersection of 28th and Thorn at 5:45pm and start the run at 6pm. Following the run we'll meet at the grassy area and do 15 minutes of foot and lower leg flexibility\strengthening routines. I may ask you to take off your shoes and touch your own feet so now's a good time to trim your toenails. If people are up for it, we can grab food afterwards at The Station.
