On behalf of all the SDR Organizers, we are proud to present an official SDR Year-End Party and Charity Extravaganza! YES! YOU deserve it!
EVERYONE IS INVITED!
We can relax, enjoy some great food, drink, be merry, and have a great time with all the running buddies that we've sweated with throughout the year!
Tender Greens restaurant, in Liberty Station (Point Loma) is the host location of this event, and will be donating a portion of all food and drink orders to the charity - the American Liver Foundation!!! (Dennis C. is running Carlsbad Half Marathon on their behalf) DONATION LINK HERE
At Tender Greens, the food is GREAT, with health conscious organic meats and veggies, high quality food for only $10 a plate! Flank Steak, Chicken, Albacore, Mashed Potatoes, Amazing Salads, home-made desserts, and most-importantly- Alcohol. :)
We are working on having RAFFLES, PRIZES, AWARDS, and SOME OTHER FUN STUFF. (So, If you know of any companies/people that would like to donate product, or money, please let me know! )
In an effort to also promote SDR, we are marketing this event to the general running public! We are inviting friends from other groups such as San Diego Tri Club, Road Runner Sports, Liver Life Challenge, Scripps Organ Transplant, San Diego Running Institute, Run-2-3 and more! Expect us to represent SDR to the fullest! :) Feel free to invite as many friends as you wish, but PLEASE RSVP at least 1 week prior so that we know how many to expect, and Tender Greens can have the appropriate staff scheduled for our day! We expect roughly 50+ people! Myself, Ed, and Marat would like to pack the joint, and do it the "SDR" way!
Food, fun, friends, celebration, and for a great cause that all of SDR can get behind! Come Celebrate with us!!!!

Dress: Casual, dress warmly since we will be in the back patio (outdoor), there will be space heaters. Please be prepared, might be chilly.

Also regarding the dress code, it is casual, BUT I will personally be donning a tuxedo and encourage anyone who wants to dress up to do so. You can never be overdressed for a holiday party ;) Also a reminder that it may be cold (it's an outdoor patio) so be sure to have a coat available.
