Saturday Morning Run

Hello Runners!  We are back at the bay for the 8 mile loop around Crown Point.  This course is fairly flat and easy to follow and perfect for a Saturday morning run! There are bathrooms and water fountains in several places along this course.  So lace up those running shoes and come out and join us for some running fun!  We will meet at 8:00 a.m.  and start running at 8:15.

Please check out the 8 mile loop course map.

Runners of any pace are welcome!  Happy running!

Once again, I was a running renegade. Instead of running the bayside loop of Mission Beach all the way around to Crown Point, I continued running W Mission Bay Dr to where it ended then ran the boardwalk up to PB Blvd and then joined at the loop. I passed up on the bridge and went up Olney and came down the bike loop. 2 hrs 18 min 27 sec. I think that was a slow 14 miles ran. What you guys think? I was happy to see all of you. You're looking sharp like Olympic marathon champions. Have a wonderful weekend and remember to set your clocks back 1 hour tomorrow. :)

Sorry guys! Looks like I have a lil plantar fasciitis going on so I'm going to have to lay off the running for a bit. Have fun though!

Try getting a tennis ball, softball, baseball, even frozen water bottle and roll the bottom of your foot. Also try rolling out your calf. Good luck

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
