Join Movin Shoes for this circuit training class designed to assist runner's of ALL abilities.

We will focus on running specific strength and agility.

The workout is tailored to meet the needs and abilities of all people who attend, and can be adjusted easily to meet your needs and goals.

We will be meeting at Movin Shoes in Pacific Beach at 6pm on Thursdays, so come on in for this FREE and FUN way to get in another workout.

    I literally started running during the holidays (it's really a walk-run); would this be something I should go to or wait until I'm really running?

      Berni, you can totally do this. There is very little running, and the exercise stations are customizable to ability and fitness.
