Tempo Run! Let's pick up the pace! We will use the 8 mile Bay Loop starting at the Runner's Bathroom at Mission Bay. This will be a "choose your own tempo pace" with a warm up and cool down length of you choosing. An example: 1.5 mile warm up run, 5 mile tempo, 1.5 mile cool down to cover the 8 mile loop. This location is great for adding on mileage if you need a longer tempo portion to your run. Meet at 6:00 p.m. start running 6:15 p.m. Let's Run!
