Hello regular Monday-nighters and new running buddies!
We are back on the trails again! This is a 3 or 5 mile course that runs along the Bridle Trail and up to the Laurel Street bridge and back for 5 miles. The 3 miles course is the same but heads back across the bridge and back to the start at the Hall of Champions. There are a few "rolling hills" along the way and a nice "challenging" hill at the halfway point of the 5 mile course.
We encourage runners of all levels to come out and join us for a run followed by an ab-tastic core workout! Meeting details: We will Meetup at 6:00 pm in front of the SD Hall of Champions (off Presidents Way) and start running at 6:15.
When everyone is finished we'll do a core workout (usually 5-7 exercises / 10 minutes)
