I'm training for my first half, the SD Rock and Roll in June! It wasn't til recently that I realized I can run (and actually LIKE running) without chasing down a soccer ball. Looking for fun, casual groups to mix up my basic training program!
Everybody in the group was very nice and inviting. Christine had a few of the regulars say their pacing times so that new runners like myself could decide who would be best to follow. The option to run one, two, or three loops is fantastic, and the ab work following the run was great.
