I ran with the Wednesday group. It's a very nice group of people and they run at a pace that I'm comfortable with.
This must be the best meetup group ever. There are tons of meeetups. They All seem to be very open and welcoming. The organizers are always adding new and interesting meetups especially on the weekends.

Hi, Steve. Well, another great finish. I knocked out my projected time close to 3 min. The course was wonderful there in Pasadena. I guess my hat from the Brooks brand will come in the mail. Anyway, just wanted to drop you the good news. See you around. Take care. - Jeremy
Hi Steve. How many people usually show up to the long Sat. run, and what's the range of paces?
Thanks, Lea
Thanks for the info on Arthur Lydiard. I'm sure this will help me train the right way....
