We have some important updates to share with you about the San Diego Tea Festival. We have decided as a committee to move the date of the festival to Fall of 2015. Due to a delay in the completion of the big construction project at the Japanese Friendship Gardens, we felt that it would be wiser to wait until next year to debut the Tea Festival to create more space for exhibitors as we will have more room throughout the venue to spread out our exhibitors, attract more guests, and provide more value to all involved. We feel that the launch of the new Japanese tea house in the garden (canyon) will attract so much more if we wait until it is entirely completed. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope it does not disrupt your plans. We would like to keep you posted on our progress and will be reaching out to you very soon when we select our new date. We thank you for your dear support and excitement about our first annual event and look forward to seeing you next year.

Long overdue that San Diego has a proper tea event. Love the location too, the Japanese Friendship Garden. We will be out of town or I would be there. Hope it goes well and is well attended. Good luck.
