What does "gaiwan"mean? Just make something up if you don't know!

Translated as "Cup with lid". This is Chinese cup for brewing and possibly drinking tea.

When it comes to tea, do you like to serve or be served?

Mostly serve, but if I am playing shakuhachi flute, then somebody else makes tea.

What is your favorite tea?

"Oriental Beauty", known as Bai Hao Oolong or Dong Feng Mei Ren

Hi, I am interested in Chinese and Japanese culture. Tea is a part of my life.
