What does "gaiwan"mean? Just make something up if you don't know!

Taiwan with a typo? :) If not a typo then a traditional "tea cup" that usually has a lid and saucer. It can be used to drink straight out of using the lid to keep the leaves in the cup, or can be used as a mini-teapot during tea tasting sessions.

When it comes to tea, do you like to serve or be served?

To serve!

What is your favorite tea?

Lychee Hung, a black tea with leaves harvested from a graft from the Lychee fruit trea!

I'm a tea fanatic and love sharing the unique teas available through an ancient Kung Fu system!
