Account and Profile Information

Please take a few minutes to familiarize features in the Meetup.com web site.

Only you can change your profile and account information. Account information is created when you join Meetup.com. Profile information is created when you join a meetup.com group, such as The San Diego Yorkie Meetup Group. You maintain different profile information for each meetup.com group you join.

Please do not ask the organizer to modify your account or profile information as the organizer does not have the necessary permissions to modify your information.



Account Page
To access your Account page, click on the Account link in the upper right hand corner of the page when you sign on to the Meetup site. You may also try clicking this.

Your Account Page includes Your Account information and a list of meetup.com groups you have joined.
Your Account information includes:

  • Name
  • User ID
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Location
  • Birthday
  • Mobile reminders


There is a change link next to each item which allows you to modify the information item. Note: you may need to sign off and sign back on before the changes are in effect.

To see all the meetup.com groups you belong to, scroll down to the Meetup Group Memberships section. You can remove yourself from any of your meetup.com groups from this section; or, remove yourself from meetup.com altogether.



Profile Page
To access your Profile page, click on the Profile link in the upper right hand corner of the page when you sign on to the Meetup site.

Your Profile information includes your Groups, Photos, Friends, and Testimonials tabs. Browse each of the tabs to see what how to manage your profile information. The Groups tab lists all meetup.com groups you belong to and allows you to maintain the profile information for each of those groups.

For information about using the Meetup.com site, access the Help page.


Again, please do not ask your Organizer to perform tasks for you or teach you how to use the meetup.com site features as your Organizer does not have rights to modify your account/profile information nor do they know how to use all meetup.com features.

$1.00 per month.

This covers: All meetup expenses. Any excess goes to Yorkie Rescue.

  • Cash or check - “You can pay by paypal if you are not paying by credit card. Contact me by clicking on the email me button under my name and I'll give you the details.

Refunds are not offered for this Meetup.
