Introduction
Work, work, work. Not enough time for art. The ironic thing is I SELL art supplies at work! I need to create, and connect, with other artist to feel alive.
Do you have a current art project? Idea? Do you need help with it?
I need to make an art work having to do with the moon and rabbits. I haven't been able to focus on what I want to do yet.
What is your figure drawing experience and what would you like from a figure drawing meetup?
I have a BA in art. I had a few figure drawing classes in there. I also used to go to a weekly figure drawing group in Raleigh, NC. It was informal, but a connection to other artist, and, of course, to live nudes. I really enjoyed the group.
What are your passions?
What? Besides work? And art? I love to ski; used to be on a ski team. I love my Lionhead rabbit, Einstein. I run for fun. Even ran a marathon, and plan to do another. I love being an auntie to my new nephew. Oh! And I'm really into wine tasting.
Besides making art - how do you express yourself creatively?
I love to sing. I also like to tell stories. I like to dance, but I can't say I'm any good at it. My humors also pretty "creative".
What types of art materials/mediums do you like to work with?
I mostly worked in ceramics in school (including doing figures in clay), but I also work with pencil, oil paint, acrylic paint, charcoal, pastels, and a few others. I used to be an art teacher. Guess I'm a "jack of all trades; master of none" sort.

"I work a lot, but I really need to connect with others. I'm a people person, who has been feeling too cut off from others lately. I would like to meet other artist to share ideas an inspiration. "
