Review: Ramen at Ramen Halu (South Bay)

The 5th one on the list is Ramen Halu. Ramen Halu is the old guard around here. It opened in 2005 and I think it maybe the first "real" ramen shop in the Bay Area. What is their secret to survive this long? How does it fence off all the new competitions? Come join me and find out.

my least favorite of the raman series so far. ordered halu ramen and only redeeming component was the thicker noodle. a couple of ppl in the group ordered tan tan, which is probably the one to go if you find yourself here.
