7x7's raving about this ramen popup (at Hopscotch) that's only available on Friday nights between 11 PM and 2 AM, saying that "the depth of flavor in this soup is unlike any I've ever tasted." They usually have two varieties of pork ramen per night. Let's investigate. NOTE the unusually late start time.

I arrived about 20 minutes late. The food was alright, but nothing particularly amazing.
