7x7's raving about this ramen popup (at Hopscotch) that's only available on Friday nights between 11 PM and 2 AM, saying that "the depth of flavor in this soup is unlike any I've ever tasted." They usually have two varieties of pork ramen per night. Let's investigate. NOTE the unusually late start time.

Thanks so much for hosting a second table, Mindy! I have the same concern as Kelvin, which is why I didn't just increase the number over eight people - it sounds like it's a fairly small space. Do you think it would make sense to host a second table on a separate night?
