First of all, “Tonkotsu Ramen” of “Ramen Tatsuno-ya” will be back by huge demand of ramen lovers.
The essence of Tatsuno-ya’s ramen is rich yet well-rounded tonkotsu(pork bones) soup

You can fully enjoy the fine tasty mackerel that grown in the sea around Goto Islands,
in southern Japan. Enjoy “Mackerel Sushi wrapped with Kelp”, “Fresh water eel roll” and more!

From Kumamoto Pref., “Ikinari Dango” of “Kumajun”.
Sweet potato and Sweet red beans wrapped with mochi-like thin DANGO skin, then steamed.
Ikinari Dango is the local specialty sweet that has been loved since back in the day.
Enjoy its well-balanced of natural flavor of locally grown sweet potato and sophisticated sweetness of red beans.

And, from Fukuoka, “Mochikichi Rice Crackers” will make their first appearance for this event.
Mochikichi is well-known brand of rice crackers located in Fukuoka Pref. “Use carefully selected ingredients only” is their motto. Best rice, Best water and Best technique create their unique brand.
Please experience its “difference”

Another first appearance for this event, “Toshitaro Satsuma Fish cakes”.
The original method to taste with brown sugar, local sake, shochu brings full-flavor in their fish cake. They have been serving their local flavor to everywhere in Japan.

They are back! The most popular ice cream shop in Okinawa Pref., “Blue Seal” will bring “Beni-imo Ice Cream” and “Mango Ice Cream”.
It is made from their local specialty, “Beni-imo” (purple sweet yam). This simple yet rich and smooth flavor will catch your heart for sure!

Hi, I couldn’t make it to the fair on Saturday, but I did go on Sunday. I came across this really delicious snack, and I was wondering if anyone had also tried it. They were deep fried balls with meat, water chestnuts, and have wasabi taste inside. There was a sign above the stand that says Andagi, but when I googled it, it’s something sweet… so that might not be it. I have uploaded a picture of the snack. I hope someone know what it is called or how to make it. Many thanks!

It is time to update your RSVP. It is inside the Mitsuwa Supermarket if you are not familiar with that place. They will start taking order @ 11am. So you should go line up and get your ramen. We will occupy a few tables near the ATM machine (it is on the left end of the supermarket). You can also pick up some sushi rolls and other snacks at the food stand. The portion of the ramen is quite small. So probably we will need to have a 2nd lunch :) This is what it looks like: http://bit.ly/12npagd
