What is Ante Meridian?
Ante Meridian (of, relating to or taking place in the morning) is a new, exciting, original concept developed by Chef Anthony Yang. Anthony has a very strong fine dining background which includes stints in some of the country's finest restaurants in New York City (Per Se, Alain Ducasse, Country) as well as the Bay Area (The French Laundry, Michael Mina). Most recently having served as a sous chef under Ron Siegel at Restaurant Michael Mina, Anthony decided to pursue and expand his vision for a restaurant that would serve his upscale take on American brunch under the name Ante Meridian.
What to expect?
Black truffle waffles, soft scrambled eggs, brioche donut holes, rice porridge, and smoked sturgeon everything bagels*.
