Chef Anthony Yang of Post Meridian is hosting an exclusive five-course pop-up dinner at Naked Kitchen with former CIA classmate, Chef Aaron London.
This is going to be an exciting celebration of early Fall ingredients from local farmers markets. The final menu depends upon the weather as we shift from Summer to Fall.
Chef Aaron London
With a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef London has worked at some of the top restaurants in New York, Montreal, Tokyo and Paris. His incredible resume includes years at Michelin-starred restaurants, working as the Saucier at L'Astrance and Garde Manger at Daniel before heading the kitchen at Ubuntu. While other chefs earned their Michelin star with foie gras and uni, London took no shortcuts in earning his star, creating innovative and impeccably-plated vegetarian dishes. Twice-nominated for the James Beard Award, Chef London is building a restaurant in Hayes Valley.
