The menu is a single list of 12 to 20 dishes, arranged from lightest to heaviest. So, atop of the bill fare are summery dishes like olive-topped blistered shishito peppers and a watermelon gazpacho garnished with lumps of crab meat and salty sea grass. Move deeper into more robust territory and you'll find meaty affairs like a hanger steak and a fried duck sandwich.
