Chef Hiroo Nagahara
At the age of 24, Hiroo Nagahara was hand-selected by Charlie Trotter to lead the opening of Bar Charlie in Vegas. Under his helm, the restaurant was listed in Bon Appétit's "Top 10 sushi restaurants in the United States."
After moving to San Francisco, Hiroo helped launch The Chairman truck, creating the menu and working as the Director of Operations. His desire to remain on the cutting edge of high-end gastronomy has led Hiroo to pursue stages under the world’s greatest chefs. Chef Nagahara draws from his extensive culinary and physics background to invent cutting-edge culinary techniques, divulging the essence of and elevating ingredients in his Nature Driven Modernist Cuisine.
