Baumé is a French Cuisine Moderne restaurant that uses a lot of molecular gastronomy techniques. Deeply rooted in French Cuisine, Baume’s menu is also shaped by Bruno Chemel’s international experience. Different lands, different products, different tools, all included in a creative process that stays in tune with local Californian food growers and producers while being inspired by some of the world’s best offerings.
