Tough question since I just moved here by I like Cafe Eritrea d'Afrique, Ike's Lair (tried it yesterday), Kara's Cupcakes (I count it because I can make a meal out of sweets)
Dream up and describe an awesome SF Foodies event. We might make it happen!
A make it then eat it party :) I've always wanted to learn how to make my own sushi so maybe a sushi making party where you get to make it, then eat it....I guess it would be just as fun with pizza, or chocolate, or....
