I've traced a broad arc from Ph.D. researcher in quantitative ecology, to scientific, statistical, and database programmer/strategist at a national research center, to data scientist focused on measuring and predicting customer experience in the tech industry.
I lead the customer analytics program for Customer Insights at Citrix. My passion is in solving problems with data, especially by writing code to wrangle messy data, applying stats/ML, and telling an enlightening story.
