Meet farm manager Toby McPartland and executive director Mark Tollefson of Fairview Gardens
Enjoy wood-fired flatbreads, ripe heirloom tomatoes from the fields, and your own fresh mozzarella and burrata.
A small bowl to make your mozzarella
Wine if you'd like to have a drink
Cost: $45 Slow Food Members, $65 non members
Children 6 and come for free, 6 to 12 year olds pay half price.
Proceeds will be donated to the farm and to Harding School
