Topic: The Anatomy of a Complaint

This topic will clarify what complaining is all about.  Why do we do it?  What is the effect on others?

You will learn, how, with just a few words, you can eliminate the complaining!

Imagine being able to heal a customer or client complaint (or spouse or child) simply by responding to what is REALLY being said.

Come prepared with complaints the you have made or received in the last few days for sharing!

Speaker: Janet Fjeldstad
