Buddhism has helped me to understand stress and the anxiety in my mind with more clarity and how to minimize the suffering I have. I have been studying this path for 2 years now, and am more at ease with the world and myself than I have ever been.
Great discussion! I felt enriched by the prayer and full of warmth by the end of the meeting. I felt like we all felt a little less stressed and lighter in spirit. I look forward to our next meeting on 9/27 (Thurs.)!!
