A 5-mile 300’ elevation gain walk on the beach. The tide will be low enough to explore the beach and the tide pools. We will be crossing Waddell Creek, which should be about 6 to 8” deep. Hikers can opt out at the creek crossing, if they choose. Restrooms are located at both ends of the hike. Warm clothes, windbreakers, and hiking sticks recommended. Bring water and lunch. Some of us plan to stop at Swanton Berry Farm on the way home for dessert; hope you can join us. The Greyhound Rock parking lot is 14.8 miles from Western Drive on the left side of Highway 1.
