Looks like we have a warming trend going on next week and the evenings are starting to get lighter, so hope a few people can come out and join me on evening hikes again. For those who don't know this one, it has some pretty steep hills but an easy start, it is about 3 miles but be prepared for some cardio in the middle. Great workout on fairly good footing.
