Introduction
I transplanted my partner here about 13 years ago, does that count? : ) still lots of new territory to explore, though we have a kabosh on heavily poison oaked trails.
Tell us a little about yourself.
Spend too much time in front of computer. 6 year old getting better at longer hikes; we dream of doing the PCT when he is between 12-18. LOVE mountains, (forests, rivers, oceans,...nature!) Hope to connect and share.

Hi Tatyanna! Welcome to the Santa Cruz Transplants & Friends Meetup group! Funny that you mention the PCT as I just attempted a thru hike of it this year. I made it to Lone Pine before having to exit due to an injury but still had a great time exploring the high desert in SoCal. I am an avid backpacker and sometimes organize trips up to the Sierras.
