Come be a part of the magic when women writers get together to write and share.

Check at the front desk if you can't find us.  We have the conference room secured for us from 11:15 to 1:15.  Thank you Dale for making this happen.

Bring a piece of writing for group's feedback if you want.  Be sure to bring the feedback page if you want written feedback.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of you, and the comments were very insightful and helpful. This is a diverse group of very good writers with powerful stories to tell. I look forward to the next time.

Like a good movie, the group made me think, laugh, cry and applaud at the end.

Much gratitude for the brave women who share, listen, and give their insightful feedback.

Thank you Carolina for another wonderful meeting and thank you for reiterating the rule that feedback is positive only. It's so important to maintain a creatively safe environment. I am new at this and benefit from gentle support. Looking forward to the next one!

What is "the feedback page", and how do I bring it?

    June 3

    • Carolina E.

When you attend your first meeting you will receive a copy of the feedback page which you will copy and bring with you when you bring something to share and want written feedback. If you want to bring something you have written for feedback and it's your first time here, we will have copies for you. Please make sharing no more than 5 mins. that's no more than 2-3 pages. See you there.

That is so funny, Kim. I'm notorious for not having the right date on appointments, but I don't think I've ever been one whole year off. Your motto should be, "Better early than not at all." See you on Saturday. :)

Silly me! I was so excited I couldn't wait...until I realized I have to. I figured it out when I tried to find the schedule for the speakers, and the panels, and the events, and all to no avail. Then I saw the small print at the top of the screen, one little line in red saying it was coming 2015. But still check out that list of authors: http://www.baybookfes...

I just found out about the Bay Area Book Festival in Berkeley on Saturday. I'll afraid I'll have to miss this meeting. Perhaps we should do a field trip. :)

Oops. I was a year early. It's not this weekend but a year from now in 2015! I better curb my enthusiasm. The author line up looks incredible! And it's free! We've got plenty of time to plan a field trip. This is one festival you don't want to miss!

I will have to wait until next time to join you. Am not able to make it this Saturday, June 7. My apologies, but look forward to meeting you all soon.

Sorry, ladies. The time is the same as always on Saturdays, 11:15 a.m.

I'm 90% sure I'll be there - albeit with nothing new to share but I need to jump back in so I'll start writing again. Besides all you wild women inspire me.

    It's 11:15 not 7:00 PM, right?
