We are starting this group to offer a place for those new to meditation a place to practice! We hope to meet weekly with a guided mediation and group discussion. Please, if you have not meditated or are new to meditation, join us! We hope to create a strong community and open atmosphere! Our training and experience is in Theravada Buddhist meditation, so we will focus on concentration, mindfulness, and the heart practices of compassion, loving-kindness, joy, and equanimity! We will cover the basics and answer any questions that we can. We hope the community together can help create encouragement to practice and grow!
